THE ATTACK SHAMAN GUIDE

After so many requests for this topic to come into being, I have decided to carefully finalize the Attack Shaman Guide that I've long been writing and studying. I will no longer let you go through any introduction for this topic and will move straight to the guide.

Stat Build

Level 1 - 120

It would be safer to pump all of your stat points to INT for the mean time. At around Level 110+, you may start distributing some of your stat points to POW, you will later have to get the Gift of Life skill in the STR tab.

Level 121 - 150

After mastering all the INT-based skills suggested on the next part of this guide, allocate the remaining stat points to POW until you master the Gift of Life. After that, you have to boost you VIT points to increase you HP points.

Level 151 - ____

Continue increasing your VIT points or you may choose to add on POW - you may become a hybrid shaman by that. But if you choose to be of pure attack shaman, increase INT to master the Level 147 attack skill. With enough INT, you may be an Attack-Support Shaman - it's a matter of allocating you skill points then.

Skill Build

Level 1 - 86

Incineration - Level 5
Weaken - NA
MP Regeneration - NA (Depend on Recovery Potions for the mean time)
Gaia Dragon Strike - Level 5
Dragon of Cold Icycle - Level 2
Amplified Effect - Master
Frost Incantation - Level 7 (or Master)
Serpents Venom - NA/Optional

Within this level bracket, you may choose to acquire some support skills, those that are needed for your own survival (Breathe of Life - which should be the stage drop after doing the Student Director registration quest, etc.). Just be careful in allocating you skill points. Those skills that I recommend you to master may be stuck up on Level 7 for the mean time if you have those basic support skills.

Level 87 - 146

Petrify - Master (great for PKs and duels)
Dark Souls - Master
Vigor Explosion - Master
Enhanced Weakening - NA/Optional
Infernal Punishment - Master
MP Regeneration - Master
Gift of Life - Optional

Level 147 - ____

Gravity - Optional/Master
Enhanced Weakening - Master
Gift of Life - Master
At this point, you may also choose to acquire the skills above that I have noted [optional].

Tips:

1. Unless you chose to acquire skills from support tab (self-heal, inspire, etc.), never leave without your potions. Since you may either be the one who lures or the killer in a party, you may need lots of them.
2. Invest in upgrading your armor on you higher level, especially when you do not have the skill or potion to cancel any abnormal status.
3. Try your best to be of good use in a party. There may be some problem with this, for at times, you may have difficulty in luring, and then you may resort in just becoming the killer.

This ends the Attack Shaman Guide. Questions, suggestions, comments and corrections are appreciated. This guide was made based mostly on actual experience when I was an Attack Shaman. Careful calculations are made in order to come up with as much as possible, reliable guide on the skill build.

i never seen an pure atk shaman that lures. i never seen any in my entire ran years. promise.

kc mostly na nag-iint typ is mga fs e.. they cud get atk skills but not pure atk..

para skin, d advisable mg pure atk typ,, kc po ang lambot mo n nga mglulure ka pa.

ang pow din naman ganun peo, un advantage ng pow, lkas damage at mas higher hp than atk typ shaman.

id rather choose pow typ nlng than atk typ. peo d best of all 4 me is fs typ, with some attacks. kc sobrang mgiging

regarding sa teknik pag mag lulure ka EW mo muna ung mobs saka mo cla hit ng meteor tried and tested na po ito bago ka pa dumating sa killing spot nyo halos kalahati na ung hp ng mobs pag natira mo ng gravity ung mobs para po clang tinamaan ng slow ng archer

pero sad to say fs type me ngayon kasi galing me sa pa lvl mode pero from lvl 170 up to lvl 196 attack type ako gustuhin ko man magbalik sa dati kong build eh d ko magawa kasi konti pa lang ung shaman sa guild namin na may resu at nakakatagal para ma resu ung verifier ayaw ko naman kasi na mag reset na hindi ako ma satisfied dun sa pagiging attack type ko

pag nag attack type kasi ako lahat ng damage amplifier kinukuha ko para maganda BA, AMPLIFIED EFFECT, SPEAR MASTERY SA POW AT ETC minamaster ko lahat yan para pag tira mo sure may dadafa never miss kasi ito. cguro pag naka buy ako ngayon ng exorcist ring try ko ulit bumalik sa pagiging attack type sabagay obli A langnaman need natin para mag shift from 1 build to another

try nyo po mag attack, nde po sabog at panget na build po yan. ^_^

oks po mag-lure ang attack type, like sabi ni ate dekai. may EW, gravity, ms, frost inca naman para pahinain ang attack at movement ng mobs. kahit na mas mataas hp ng pow mas oks pa din mag lure para sakin ang attack type, nasa equipment na rin cguro, usually ang mag spears may negative evasion like medium spear na may +8 def pero -8 evasion, kumpara po sa ep DSW na may +3 def saka +9 evasion at QS na may +5 def +5 evasion +10 resis. mas prefer ko po ung mga wands.

na-try ko dati na fs with EW and frost inca, e2ng dalawang skill lng po ay magpapadali sa paglulure mo. nung nag-reset ako to pow-support, medju dun nahirapan na sa paglulure, nde lng dahil sa konte ang hp kundi masakit na ang attack ng mobs. mararamdaman din kc talaga difference ng nde at naka EW na mobs. ngaun naman na nag reset na naman ako ulit to attack-support, parang mas nabibilisan po ako mag kill using skills ng attack compare dati sa skills ko nung pow.

nde rin po ganun kalambot mga shammies, invest ka lng po sa equips. nde lng din baps ang paraan para maging useful ang isang shammy. build ko ngaun attack-support, nde matatawag na fs kc hanggang MH lng baps ko, pero nakakapag-lure (kahit ala EW basta may EC lng, saka TQ na din ^_^) saka kill ako. so nakakatulong nde lng sa pag support kundi pati sa luring saka kiling din. saan ka pa ~_^

if you have extra skill points then learn arcane recovery, but this skill has to be the least of your priorities to learn, especially to master, since it is the rarest of all buffs asked by anyone in-game. and also, this skill is not a party buff so it takes a lot of time for you to cast it to each of your partymates. and one more thing, there are MP pots naman. there.

tama pinaka huling priority mo ung arcane recovery. kung attack type ka gumagamit ka ng amplified effect pwede ka naman gumamit ng mga accesories kagaya ng tiara at platinum earring kaya na ng 2 ito yung requirement para hindi ka maubusan ng mp pwede din naman ung pet na hp sp mp.

sis dekai can you pm me your actual build when u were still an attack type? yung pk build. madami na kami FS sa guild kasi so killer type sana gusto ko this time. ayaw ko naman mag pow type kasi baka maisipan ko mag FS ulit mas madali magreset pag attack type. obli A lang katapat hehe. thanks!

anyone na may alam sa combo sa duel ng mga atk na shaman?

sna po inuna mo po ung important buffs... mas ok po sna kung knuha mo ung BA(Berserk Aura) then ung passive skills like spear mastery... well as what you have said 153 k p lng po... makukuha mo nmn po yan as you level up e... patience lng po... ^_^
