Please provide us a Tracert and Ping by following this format below.
How to do a Tracert and Ping to include the screen shot in the post

* Press the Start button
* Select RUN and type CMD at the text box
* At the command Prompt (eg. C:windows),

Type this: tracert 123.242.203.21
tracert www.e-games.com.ph

* At the command Prompt (eg. C:windows),

Type this: ping 123.242.203.21 -n 25

* Wait for the test to be finished then make a screen shot by pressing the PRTSCRN
* Open your MSpaint Application, Press Edit then select Paste or just simply press CTRL+V
* Save it, Select JPG at the File type by pressing the pull down menu on the save pop up window
* Upload the file on a free hosting site like imageshack or photobucket
* to include the Screen in your post press the IMG tag at the ADD BBC tags
thats on the right side of the Evenlope Icon, A small pop up window will show up and will ask you to paste the link of the uploaded screen shot.

guys, if you are unable to connect to the server, the one you should ping is link1.zxonline.com.ph, the patch3.zxonline.com.ph, i think it's for the patch server. . . so if you get "request timed out" from link1.zxonline.com.ph, then you can't connect to the server. . .

I hope this prob gets fixed asap. I want to play na sayang X2 Exp :(

I did the DNS and the tracert before when I couldn't log in due to some server problem(server connection failed). Now after the site maintenance I couldn't log again. They say its up and running, but why do I get this message saying "the server is under maintenance, please try later"?. I need answers and resolutions. Not temporary solutions to the problem. Paulit ulit na kasi. kaka inis pag ganito. I hope you guys understand how frustrating this could be for a gamer especially for a female player :(
