i just experienced the same problem just this afternoon.. when i logged out at around 10:30am this morning, i never tried to log in again until 2pm this afternoon supposed to be for the mission war. but when i tried to log in it already said that my account was blocked.

i first looked at my account at cabal.e-games.com.ph, and there i found out that my character will be banned, for the first time, until october 19, 2019. so i filed a ticket at the support page, complaining that it may be a mistake.

until now im still waiting for the agent's response to my ticket. so... with my patience running out, i bailed my account out for 20 EP.

so if the moderator is still here, please help us with this problem. i can't be banned again for doing nothing. and then bail myself out for 150EP the next time it happened. thank you.

Okay, one at a time. This is not the only section I look after. You'll know I'm still online if you go to the main page then scroll down to the very bottom where you'll see a list of online members. My name will be in a light blue/ cyan color so you'll spot it easily. So no need to wait for my next post to see if I'm online or not.

eviljhett: Even if you have bailed out your account, please still file a HelpDesk ticket so they can investigate why you were blocked. But, keep in mind that banning does not necessarily occur in real time. That means, it doesn't matter if you had not logged in to your account during the time you were blocked. If, stress on the if, you have used a third-party program for even once in your gaming life and you have yet to be sanctioned, then that could be the sanction catching up with you. So you have to make absolutely sure that you, or possibly your pilot, have never ever used a third-party program in your gaming life. NOW, if you are absolutely one hundred percent sure, like I said before, file a HelpDesk ticket because they are in charge of accounts.

If you think the ticket is taking too long, you may try the Live Chat. Login to the Live Chat in the morning for better chances of accessing it before it gets busy.

wizard001: You will find a lot of other systems (emails, messengers, forums, etc) that will lock you out of your account if you keep trying to login with a wrong password. In fact, the 10 tries is even more forgiving compared to others. This is done because there are hackers who try the brute force method, that is keep trying to guess your password until they succeed. If someone was trying to hack your account, would you want them to have an unlimited number of chances to guess?

HOWEVER

This should only lock you out for a few minutes, not even a day. And it shouldn't be counted as a penalty in your history. Therefore, if you find yourself banned, it could be caused by something else. And we cannot find out what that something else is unless you file a HelpDesk ticket. HelpDesk has access to your accounts, not FMs. That is why the HelpDesk is the best place to go for account problems.

I hope this answers your question.

BTW, I have already PMed you regarding your signature. I wonder if you missed it or something. faint.gif
