Threads are closed in this section if the TS does not return after 3 hours. Usually if it's th wee hours, I give them until the next afternoon to respond. This system of thread-closing is, believe it or not, for the benefit of the players. We're not just trying to shut you up here.

You see, there are a lot of players who create threads then never return to acknowledge whether their problem has been solved or not. Either because they found an answer on their own or they don't really feel like pursuing their concern anymore.

When this happens, other people post replies and spam in the thread bumping it up to the first page where it will compete with the threads that still need answers.

Why do we ask you to PM us instead? Because then it will pop-up in our screen and will immediately let us know that you still have problems, instead of waiting for us to notice your thread amidst the sea of open threads in this section.

At any rate, I have already forwarded your concern to the GMs. Let's wait for their response, okay? I will ask them to append the answer to this thread later. Right now I will close it to prevent spam.

Going to MWAR is first come first serve. With all the Cabalists around, you really have to be fast. But I noticed that there are many cases like this. I'll shall escalate this concern. Thank you for reporting.
