Naku po. One must need his/her PIN to change his/her password.
Regarding your email, Yahoo pu ba un ginamit niyu? Pwede po ireactivate yun as long as naalala niyu pa po yung account details niyu. Pero po, may problems din regarding sa pagreceive ng mga emails galing E-Games. GMail po talaga ang recommended na gamitin.
Regarding the Help Desk, tinry niyu na pu ba yung Live Chat?

Maari mo po makuha ang PIN mo kung naka validate ang iyong mobile number sa iyong account at may sapat ka na load sa iyong mobile/cellphone.

Sir pwede mu po sundin ang solusyon ni Liu Mao Xing.
Validate your mobile number by logging into E-Games site.
Then you can retrieve your PIN using your mobile phone. Basta po may load.
Masconvenient po yun.

Sorry for the delayed reply.
Some answers:
1. When validating your mobile number, enter the image verification then click the Validate button. A code will be generated and you're supposed to text in that code using your cellphone number. Text in:
VALIDATE<space><account name><space><code> to 2948
Don't forget the word "VALIDATE" at the start. Account name refers to your username, the one you type in to login.
2. HelpDesk
The requirements and secret questions are there because if someone hacks your account and gets your password, they will also be able to change your PIN via mobile number. The requirements and secret questions will prove that YOU own the account. That is why when creating accounts, make absolutely sure that you enter real information and that you remember your secret question.
3. 2 IDs
If you are a student, they should accept just your student ID since most students only have one ID.

wizard001: Signature restrictions are there for a reason. When FMs see that your sig violates the rules, it's natural for them to remove it. Just because there are unanswered queries doesn't mean we should ignore our other duties.
P.S. Your sig is still too big. Please remember that the prescribed size is 350x150 pixels only. 350 pixels wide and 150 pixels tall. This applies to the entire signature, text included. Going a little over would usually be allowed but in your case, you're at least 80 pixels over the height limit. Please edit accordingly so you can keep the look you want. Otherwise I will need to remove the whole thing.
