Canceled distance of Party Request/Invite and map limitation
Current: Unable to join other party depending on distance or party from other map.
Changed: Able to join even if it is different map or is already in an Mission Dungeon

NOT WORKING hindi ka pa din maka invite pag nasa ibang map or mission dungeon ka...... i still says the target is too far or offline bla bla bla.....

Perhaps this feature still needs some tweaking or is bugged.

Will have the TGMs look in to this.
