hmmm... me nabasa akong isang statement ng GM d2 na publisher lang cla and wala clang karapatang baguhin ang rates etc d2... pero anong ibig sabihin ng statement na to?... they've been lying to us all along?...

If youn read and understand it correctly the succes rate has been lowered. . .

hindi sila nagsinungaling, global ang paglower ng success rates ng crafting, meaning, it's not only us in PH experiencing lowered success rates for crafting, but also other countries as well ^^ that's how i understand it ^^

And i thought, in some departments craft success rate actually has been increased. Like that of crafting titanium amp and proof. It really seems to be easier recently, to get past titanium, than before. So yea, just let me get past titanium boots (im way past titanium at helm, suit and gloves already), and put the rates the way they used to be all you want ^_^

The reason of the GM is not clear ang naintindihan ko lang dun yung "BALANCE" pero maxadong broad ung word na yun to be the reason na babaan ang success rate ng crafting. Ma-convince siguro ako if ano ang ibig sabihin ng GM sa "BALANCE" na yan...
